Young Farmers and Ranchers (YF&R)
The Young Farmers and Ranchers program is for those between the ages of 18-35 who have a desire to network, share ideas, participate in community projects and hone their leadership skills. Every two years, a select group of agriculturalists are selected to participate in the Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Group. The program is designed to prepare the next generation of farmers and ranchers with the leadership and confidence to represent agriculture at the local, state and national level. The program focuses on personal growth, public speaking, media training, legislative awareness, issue advocacy and service leadership. YF&R Committees are also available locally. To participate, contact your County Farm Bureau.
Women’s Leadership Program
The Women’s Leadership Program uses the unique talents of women to help support Farm Bureau in organizational, legislative, educational, and promotional initiatives.
Any woman from a Farm Bureau member family is encouraged to participate in the Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Program. Women are key in sharing agriculture’s story at the local, state and national level.
