Departments
The Florida Farm Bureau Federation staff supports the needs of Farm Bureau Leaders and Members, helping to fulfill the mission of the organization. To get in touch, view our staff directory.
- Executive Office – The Executive Office oversees and manages the daily operations of the organization.
- Senior Directors – The Senior Directors work closely with key stakeholders, staff, and board members to drive forward the mission of the organization.
- Field Services – The Field Services Department is made up of Membership, Leadership and our Field Team. Together, Field Services empowers, serves and connects members for the betterment of agriculture through outreach and collaboration.
- Ag Policy – The Ag Policy Department works closely with policymakers, stakeholders and members to research and analyze agricultural policy, ensuring that Florida farmers and ranchers have a voice in shaping policies that impact their livelihoods.
- Government and Community Affairs – The Government and Community Affairs Department works to proactively facilitate natural resource, environmental, and land issues by liaising with water management districts, state and federal regulatory agencies, and Farm Bureau members.
- Legislative Affairs – The Legislative Affairs Department educates & informs Farm Bureau members about legislative and political issues and lobbies the state and federal legislature offices for set Farm Bureau policies.
- Public Relations – The Public Relations Department oversees communication to both internal and external stakeholders. They champion Farm Bureau initiatives by building credibility and brand awareness within agriculture and local communities.
- Federation Accounting – The Accounting Department contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- AEST – As a subsidiary of Florida Farm Bureau Federation, AEST is dedicated to preparing individuals for a successful career in agriculture by providing industry-driven assessments in the form of industry certifications.
- FAMA – As a subsidiary of Florida Farm Bureau Federation, FAMA promotes agricultural education and focuses on the sale and distribution of foods from trusted Farm Bureau members nationwide.

CARES
The County Alliance for Responsible Environmental Stewardship (CARES) program publicly recognizes farmers and ranchers who have gone above and beyond in implementing sustainability practices that preserve the state’s natural resources. These practices protect water and air quality, reduce water and fertilizer use, provide wildlife habitat and improve soil health, demonstrating a commitment to protecting the land for future generations. Agriculture Education Services & Technology, Inc. (AEST), a Florida Farm Bureau subsidiary, is supplying the agriculture industry with a certified workforce.
